Everyday Pie & Everyday Family Eats Sister Sites Branding 2023

Kelli is one of those types of people that once you get to know her and her story you just go WOW! She has gone through really tough things and yet I’ve only seen her optimistic, working hard on her business and she runs not one but 2 successful blogs. She came to us looking for a branding design that could reflect her mission and vision and bring that extra motivation to keep growing her dreamed business.

It was such an honor and a privilege working with her and being a small part of her journey. We brought to life her vision with a warm color pallet and a touch of fun along the lines of her logos. We worked to make sure both of her sites were aligned and easily identified as one food blogger but still kept their own identities and styles. Everyday Pie and Everyday Family Eats are now officially sister sites!

This project wasn’t just about creating a logo. S This project wasn’t just about creating a logo.

She came to me because her blog had grown — but her brand hadn’t kept up, and it was starting to feel unclear.

Everyday Family Eats is now positioned as it should be:

Simple
Approachable
Built for real life and busy families

No confusion.
No mixed messaging.
No guessing what the blog is about.

Just a brand that supports the content instead of competing with it.

Because when your branding is clear,
your content becomes easier to trust, follow, and come back to.

👉 If your blog feels a little all over the place, it might not be your content — it might be your brand.

Beyond the Bookends was growing. They started thei Beyond the Bookends was growing. They started their own Podcast and it needed its own presence while staying cohesive with the main brand.

As businesses grow, their brand ecosystem grows with them.

New offers.
New platforms.
New directions.

The challenge isn’t creating something new.
It’s keeping everything cohesive.

For Beyond the Bookends, the podcast needed its own identity — without breaking from the original brand foundation.

We designed:
– podcast logo
– platform graphics
– a dedicated landing page

All aligned with the existing identity.

Consistency builds trust.
When every touchpoint feels intentional,
the brand feels established — not fragmented.

That balance is what makes growth feel intentional.

When bloggers choose a theme, they often focus on When bloggers choose a theme, they often focus on aesthetics first.

But the real power of a well-built theme is structure.

Fiorella was designed with:

– strategic content areas
– SEO-friendly structure
– and flexibility for growth

It’s about how it works.

Longer doesn’t automatically mean better.
More sections don’t automatically mean helpful.

Google’s guidelines focus on clarity, usefulness, and demonstrated experience.

That changes how you approach structure entirely.

But strong branding starts with clarity.
-What do you stand for?

Design amplifies what’s already defined.

Without clarity, it only decorates confusion.

Christie’s original logo felt more like a Homemaking blog than a Food blog business.
It didn’t communicate clarity or direction.

Branding isn’t just decoration.

By refining her concept into something clever, feminine, and structured, the brand now reflects the value behind her content.

That shift changes perception immediately.
